In order to begin counseling or coaching work with Kerith Edwards, you do not need a GP referral. Services are not covered by insurance, and session fees are due at the time of service. 

For each paid session, you will be provided with an invoice that can be used for reimbursement by an employer, if you have a pre-existing agreement to that effect. If you are self-employed, services related to professional stress, burn-out, career-related concerns, and professional / leadership development at Kaliko Counseling can be classified as direct investments in the development of your business.

Cancellation Policy

Consistent appointments are essential to positive counseling outcomes. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. It is important to arrive on time as the length of a typical session is just under an hour, and missed time will not be made up for at the end of the session.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule with us by text or phone at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise you will be billed for 50% of the full session fee. For example, if your session is scheduled for 3 pm Wednesday, you would need to call us to cancel or reschedule no later than 3 pm on Tuesday. 

This policy allows the counselor to quickly offer the cancelled session to another client, including those on the waitlist. Please don't hesitate to request a reschedule; we simply ask that you do so within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment.
