I will help you identify underlying problems, recognize and access your unique strengths, adjust your perspective, and take action to improve your life.
Therapy sessions run just under one hour and may occur once or twice a week, or once every other week. The duration of treatment varies from person to person, and can range from a few weeks to several months or longer. Sometimes there will be “assignments” to do in between sessions, if clients have the time, ability and interest.
