I have helped many people overcome anxiety, panic, depression, relationship problems, personality issues, LGBTQ concerns, and a wide range of other psychological issues. I treat adults of all ages, adolescents, and couples.
My therapeutic approach is humanistic and psycho-dynamic, which means that I base my work on who you are and what is valuable to you. I cultivate openness, honesty, and humor with my clients as we identify new ways of looking at problems. Acceptance, creativity, curiosity, and freedom of choice are also professional values I bring to my work.
As a result of our work, you can begin to experience real relief from fear, sadness, guilt, anger, shame, communication issues, and confusion, so that you
can more easily make positive changes in your life.
My faith in human growth is unshakable. In me, you have a partner in healing, one who believes in your unique ability to overcome limitations in yourself and in the world. I also believe that therapy is for everyone, and if I am not able to serve you, I will connect you with a trusted professional who can.
