My varying experience working with college students at UH Hilo and my work in the community serving children and families through Hale Kipa has helped me understand a broad range of human struggles. I will work with you to teach new tools and strategies for coping with stressful situations. Some of the therapies I use are person-centered, CBT, DBT, emotion focused, and strength-based.
